Agents in rare cases may delay delivery.
We are committed to our customers’ 100% satisfaction. Therefore, if they are not fully satisfied with their purchase they can send it back within 10 days after they receive it and we will give them a credit note. The order has to be made only through our website (chilabags.com) and not through other retailers.
Please have in mind the cost of return must be paid by the customer unless the items is faulty.
Deciding not to pay import duties is not eligible for a full refund.

Returns will only be accepted if items are returned unworn, with the original sale tags attached and in the condition that they were received.
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges on sale items, unless an item is faulty.

If you refuse a shipment from NUI you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to NUI. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise credit.
If you provide us with a wrong shipping address, we are not responsible for the reoccurring shipping fee.
